HCP SATISFACTION WITH BIOPHARMA’S DIGITAL OFFERINGS HAS PLATEAUED AND REMAINS BELOW 50%

In EU5, satisfaction among specialists saw a pandemic-related rise but has since levelled off. Over half of HCPs remain either neutral about – or, worse, dissatisfied with – biopharma’s digital efforts, with the proportion describing themselves as "very satisfied" showing almost no change for the past few years. This shows there is still much room for improvement.
